The following forms came about on March 17:

Andante con moto, from Klaviertrio [Piano trio], Op. 100, by F. Schubert (117)

Unfortunately, Hendrika Hollenbach could find only an arrangement for piano and two violins. The piano should have both treble and bass. The “Andante con moto” was played several times while Rudolf Steiner drew.

Arie, an arrangement for violin and bassoon, by D. Gabrielli (70)

For the rests at the beginning and within the piece, Rudolf Steiner instructed the young girl who was to do these to do a particular movement: to move out of a closed O at shoulder-height over into an A with the forearms and on, with a flowing movement, to a small U with the forearms moving upward. The palms of the hands should be turned inward. The upper arms always remain at shoulder-height. Then this same movement is to be done again in the same way in reverse. (Margarethe Eckinger, 1908-1993)
